I’m Aidan, the founder of Sustari, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations navigate the intersection of environmental responsibility and operational success. For the past six years, I’ve worked as an environmental health scientist across consulting, government, and private industry—gaining firsthand experience in how sustainability can be applied meaningfully in different sectors. My work has included time at NASA, where I contributed to federal environmental initiatives, and roles in the private sector that sharpened my skills in compliance, emissions tracking, materials science, and sustainability program design.

I founded Sustari to make sustainability more accessible, credible, and actionable for small and mid-sized companies. Through hands-on collaboration and tailored strategies, I help businesses build sustainability programs that aren’t just good for the planet—but also for people, performance, and long-term growth. I hold a BS in Marine and Environmental Sciences and an MS in Environmental and Sustainability Studies. These programs laid the foundation for my systems-based approach to problem solving—something I now apply to the clients I serve through Sustari.
